Title: Need a Replacement Bulb because the Lamp Has Burned Out

Symptom:
 
The light has burned out and you want a replacement bulb.
 
Solution:
 
Visioneer does not provide internal part replacements. Contact Support to troubleshoot issues where the light is no longer turning on, and if necessary, Technical Support will provide an RMA number for an exchange while the scanner is within the warranty period.
