You want to check for potential permissions issues in the registry affecting OneTouch.
The permission test OT utility will check for and report permissions problems. Note that this utility does not change any permissions. Any problems found will need to be manually resolved.
  1. >Click here and select save
  2. Save PermissionTestOT to your desktop
    • Note: This utility will not work if run directly from the website
  3. Find PermissionTestOT on your desktop then double click to run it
  4. In the Permission Test window, click 'Test'
  5. If the utility finds any problems, it will give a list of registry keys with permissions issues. If no it will report No Problem Found
  6. This utility will NOT fix the registry permission issues. If Permission Test lists one or more registry key, you will need to give each person that uses the computer as well as 'System', 'Administrators' and 'Everyone' full read/write access to the key(s) listed
