Not just a business card scanner, the CardReader 100 solution can accurately scan and OCR a business card with up to 28 words in under 8 seconds, processing contact information from paper based contacts into potential prospect data to mine. It’s designed to be compact and is USB-powered, so it’s portable and requires no power cable. The CardReader 100 easily syncs to mobile devices running on Palm™ and WinCE and exports contact information to applications such as Outlook®, Outlook Express®, Excel®, GoldMine and ACT. Information is automatically entered into common fields for export while the original image is viewable and all contacts are searchable.
