| How e4e Works |
| e4e is a software application that includes a client component installed on a user’s PC and a server component installed on the eRoom server. The components communicate securely via https. After a simple installation process, users configure the OneTouch setting for the desired document type (i.e., paper size, resolution, color depth), file format (e.g., searchable PDF, PDF, JPEG, BMP), and target eRoom. Then, simply press the OneTouch button, and the document is scanned, formatted, sent to eRoom, and stored without the need for user intervention. |

- File management and indexing – Create folder structure and navigation. Set security level for access, edit and version control. Index content for searching.
- Business automation functions – Set up notifications and routing buttons in eRoom to let users know when content is waiting for them, and automate the delivery of content to the next step in the process.
