All Visioneer and Xerox Desktop scanners are TWAIN compliant and are designed to work on the Windows workstation environment only except Strobe 500 that works on Mac OS through third-party driver. All of our In Production scanner models are Windows Vista and XP compatible and logo tested. There is no support or updates for legacy drivers (Windows 98 and Me), however, we do provide them for you on our website.

You may have to run a Windows Update to update your certificates if you get a message that the scanner has not passed logo testing.
