All of our In Production scanner models are Windows XP compatible and logo tested. There is no support or updates for legacy drivers (Windows 98 and Me), however, we do provide them for you on our website.   For instructions on ReInstalling Your Scanner Driver, choose your Operating System below: Windows Vista Windows 2000 or XP Windows 98 or Me   You may have to run a Windows Update to update your certificates if you get a message that the scanner has not passed logo testing. You can download the latest driver available for your product by clicking Visioneer Product Support and select your scanner.
