All Visioneer and Xerox Desktop scanners are TWAIN compliant and are designed to work on the Windows workstation environment only. All of our In Production scanner models are Windows XP compatible and logo tested. There is no support or updates for legacy drivers (Windows 98 and Me), however, we do provide them for you on our website.
 
For instructions on ReInstalling Your Scanner Driver, choose your Operating System below:
 
You may have to run a Windows Update to update your certificates if you get a message that the scanner has not passed logo testing.

You can download the latest driver available for your product by clicking Visioneer Product Support and select your scanner. There is a Drivers and Manuals link on each product's homepage.
 
 
At this time, Visioneer does not provide drivers for the following Operating Systems:
  • Windows Vista - please check the Windows Vista tab for updates
  • Windows XP 64bit (x64)
  • Windows Tablet PC
  • Windows 2000/2003 Server
