Error codes
If your Mobility scanner is flashing 3 blinking lights, pauses, and then blinks those three lights again, this means your scanner is not detecting your storage device.
Please do these three things:
- Take out your SD Card
- Re-insert SD Card
- Power Cycle your scanner
If you have done these three things and you are still getting this flashing error, please call in to our Technical Support at 925-251-6399.
If the lights on your Mobility are flashing twice, pausing, and then flashing twice again, this means your scanner has a registered paperjam.
If your scanner has detected that your paper is stuck, then you need to do the following steps:
- Pul the paper through the scanner from the back
- Power cycle your scanner
If you have completed these steps and are still experiencing this error message, please call in to our Technical Support at 925-251-6399.
If your Mobility scanner's lights are flashing 4 times, then you are experiencing a calibration error.
Yours scanner needs to be calibrated, or the calibration process was not successful. You can restart the calibration process with the following steps:
- Press the button next to the flashing lights
- Hold down for 2 seconds
- Release the function button
If your scanner does not recalibrate, please call in to our Technical Support at 925-251-6399.
